PAYMENTS, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: - $50 deposit is due at time of booking per diem clinic day or package via online booking. Deposit will be deducted form $199 cost of clinic day. - Cancellations with 24 hour notice will be fully refunded. - Any cancellation and/or refund request initiated by the student must be made by email to hello@pureskinpc.com. - Any reschedule with less than 24 hours notice will be considered a cancellation/no show under 24 hours. - A late arrival of the student or model of greater than 15 minutes will be considered a cancellation/no show under 24 hours. - Clinic Days: Student or model no-shows on day of or cancellation without 24 hour notice will receive a partial refund minus $50 deposit for lost clinic hours and preparation time by Pure Skin staff.
RESCHEDULING Please join Pure Skin as a site member and you will be able to reschedule or cancel your clinic days online. - Any reschedule with less than 24 hours notice will be considered a cancellation/no show under 24 hours.
MODELS FOR SUPERVISED PROCEDURES All students must provide their own models for their clinic days. You are able to charge your model to offset your clinic day costs.
WHAT DOES A CLINIC DAY LOOK LIKE? - Apprentice arrives at 8am, 15 min prior to your model for set up, prep and Q&A. - Have your model arrive at 8:15am - Your model should fill out all paperwork online prior to arrival. Model will sign consent on day of service. This is important to nor delay start time. 2.5 hour supervised procedure with model. 15 min client check out, clean up and Q&A.
