ARRIVAL TIME For your first appointment with Pure Skin, please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to fill out paperwork. For all appointments: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, it may not be possible to extend the time available for your booked service. If your service is shortened due to your late arrival, you will still be charged the full cost of the service.
CANCELLATION If you need to cancel your service, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Unfortunately if you have two consecutive cancellations without 24 hour notice, we will be unable to rebook you for future appointments. Thank you so much for your understanding!
CANCELLATION OF APPOINTMENTS REQUIRING A DEPOSIT You may cancel your appointment for the first 24 hours after booking without any charge. Cancellations after the first 24 hours will result in loss of your deposit.
RESCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS REQUIRING DEPOSIT Everyone’s time is valuable and to stay on schedule we may need to reschedule your appointment if you arrive more than 15 minutes late. If we need to reschedule, this will result in loss of your deposit and you will need to pay a new deposit to reserve a new appointment, You may reschedule your appointment without forfeiting your deposit up to 72 business hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Appointments rescheduled less than 72 business hours in advance will result in loss of your deposit. You will need to pay a new deposit to reserve a new appointment.
