What is a 3D nipple tattoo?

Will it be painful?
Highly effective topical anesthetics are used to ease any discomfort that may occur. There may be some slight discomfort depending on the specific surgery, but it’s typically mild.
Will my tattoo fade?
Generally all tattoos will fade to some degree and may need touch ups. Cosmetic pigment specifically designed for areola restoration is used during your service. Over time some fading may occur and you may opt to have your colors refreshed every 3-5 years.

Will my insurance pay for the areola tattoo?
Many insurance companies will reimburse for the cost of paramedical tattooing. Every insurance company and plan is different so it is recommend that you reach out to your insurer prior to scheduling your consultation to see what is required. You will be provided with all needed paperwork to submit your claim and with Reimbursify you can easily submit your claims for out-of-network health insurance reimbursement from your smartphone.
